Each Thanksgiving Dinner comes with a choice of one or two meats:
 
Small Family Meal with a choice of one meat: 10lbs -15lbs Garlic & Herb Fried Turkey; Spiral Ham with a brown sugar glaze; Small Smoked Brisket w/BBQ Rub or Southside Jerk Rub.
 
Half serving pan of sides:
Greens (with or without smoked meat--turkey or pork)
Cornbread or Oyster Dressing
Macaroni & Cheese
Candied Sweet Potatoes
Tossed or Potato Salad
Dinner rolls
